How a jad application is deployed in a real web server and how it is accessed from a mobile device. Is there any other software or hardware requirements?

In the webserver, add the follow MIME types on your webserver.
.jad text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor
.jar application/java-archive
MIDP 2.0 have a OTA - Over The Air to install Midlets from URL.
Any vendors implements OTA on MIDP 1.0 too, verify the MIDP of your device.
