How the Vendor Toolkits would be used with J2ME Edition  RSS feed

I heared there vendor toolkits like Nokia Toolkit etc. Is J2ME provide any Browser for testing any mobile device during developemnt.

Sun provides the J2ME Wireless Toolkit which comes with a couple of "generic" device emulators. If you want emulators for real devices, you have to turn to the vendors themselves. Sun publishes an "official" list of J2ME licensees (vendors) on their site.
