It would be easier to list those who don't support J2ME with their latest phone models...

Sun has a list of devices listed by manufacturer and model. The list should give you a good idea of which vendors are supporting J2ME. It's a living document, which means it's updated as new products are released... so be sure to check it out on a regular basis.
If you're interested in seeing which companies are authorized J2ME licensees, this list may help you as well.
Hope that helps!

And, bear in mind that there seems to be an ever-growing list of devices you can load a JVM onto, if one doesn't come factory-installed. (Heck, even my iPaq came with Jeode on the CD-ROM.) So even if a manufacturer doesn't support it "out of the box", you should be able to find some kind of VM that works on your device.

as far as the UK is concerned, the Sun list is far from up-to-date - and from the disclaimer on the page, they say it is not exhaustive and they are using the same casual methods you would use if you did some web searching.
are you targetting any particular countries?
cheers, dan.
