hi,
I want to create an application in which i can show a graph depending on entered or calculated data.
Is it possible to create and show graphs in cell phones.
If "yes"....
1) Do Nokia 60 and 40 series allow for the same.
2) If "yes"...which models ....
3) If such an application is possible, is it possible to test in any emulator. Plz. list the url for emulator from Nokia if possible.
Regards
Sangeeta

As far as I know, there is no standard API for drawing graphs in J2ME. But, there could be some open source project out there doing this kind of things for you. If not, you can always draw the graphs yourself with the Canvas class from the core MIDP APIs.

Go to forum.nokia.com (free registration) and the "Java Technology" section. There's at least one article titled "Brief Introduction to MIDP Graphics" which covers drawing to the canvas (i.e. screen).
