Email notification

Hi,
Was wondering if this site has email notification..i.e., if i can mark any post so that if there any new replies to that i will be notified thru mail. If it is not there could u guys think about providing that very useful feature?

When you create a new thread, there is a checkbox asking whether you want e-mail notifications of replies to that thread.
When we migrate to our new bulletin board software, you'll probably get more options to choose from (however, I'm unable to say when exactly will that migration happen)

What about a case where I would like to receive notifications for posts of a thread created by some one else.

That will be an available feature with the new forum software, however as Lasse stated we do not have an ETA for when it will be completed.

Hope it has a feature like replying to the post from our mail client itself
