Hi there,
I'm using Personal Java on my iPAQ 3630.
Until yesterday, I was using the CrEme JVM, because it's free, portable and really easy to use. You just copy the .cab file on your PDA, tap on it and that's it. Then, all you have to do is copy an of your .jar files anywhere on the PDA and your program will run.
BUT, yesterday I installed Jeode, since it seems to be the most common JVM around (please correct me if I'm wrong). And what a waste of JVM! I knew that it wouldn't be so easy to use, because you have to make links everytime. But, what I didn't know is that the JVM would mess up the Pocket PC interface and get things upside down. Now I have the Windows icon at the bottom, with the time and keyboard icon. With Creme, I could have my own buttons next to the keyboard icon, so I'd have more screen free for my own application.
Any body knows how to get around this with Jeode?
Thanks
