Hi,
I don't think that there is any device shipping today anywhere that has a JRE that is compliant with CLDC 1.1. The specs just got finalized recently.
But at least we have a simulator (WTK 2.1 beta) from Sun to develop with :-)

this wristwatch just may be CLDC 1.1 and MIDP2 compliant according to aplix:

JBlend specs: http://www.aplixcorp.com/products/jblend.html
===
also the Nokia 6230 phone may be CLDC 1.1 compliant but it is not out yet.

you could also check this great list: http://www.benhui.net/midp2phonelist.html
