Hi,
I am picking up on the basics of j2me and 'Sams Teach Yourself J2ME in 21 Days' was very helpfull.
Can any body suggest the next book for me, especially which covers certification topics,
or should i start reading the JSR's etc.

Well there isn't a book out yet for the certification. However, I know the Kathy and Bert will ahve some sample chapters available for theirs when the Beta starts up.
I had read Jonathan Knudsen's book from Apress, and I think that covers everything that you will find really well. It might not be more advanced than the book you already read though. Our illustrious Bartender of this Forum, Mr Michael Yuan, has written a very good book too that delves into more of the Enterprise topics of J2ME.
Hope that helps.
Mark
