Could you tell me if there a API compatible J2ME to decompressing and compressing zip File form a midlet.

Thanks. To answer your question about the zip API, no it does not exist in the standard MIDP. But since the zip algorithm is public, you can always implement your own zip API on top of MIDP's supported protocols.
