Hi all,
I developped a J2ME application (MIDP 1.0/CLDC1.0). My application connects to a server of payment. I need to use a secure transaction.
I know that HTTPS is not implement in the MIDP 1.0. How can we implement a secure transaction (HTTPs ) in in the (MIDP 1.0/CLDC1.0). Share with me your experience.
Thank you in advance.

For MIDP 1.0 devices that support HTTPS (optional), you can simply open a "https://host" connection. It returns a HttpConnection object but all the underlying data plumbing is properly secured with HTTPS. If the device does not support HTTPS, a connection exception will be returned.
