HI all
According to the release notes for CDC/FP 1.0.1, there's the following
known bug:
>
> 4446651: GC doesn't unload classes even when there are no references to
> the Classloader
>
First : where can i find more about this bug
Second : Does this mean that a class is never unloaded? If so, CDC/FP 1.0.1 can't be used in an environment like MHP .It need to load and
unload too much of classes (via broadcast channels.....)
Thanks.

Hello momo, and welcome to the JavaRanch.
You probably didn't notice but we have a naming policy, which requires the use of both a first name and a last name. You can add the missing half into your display name through My Profile.
Thanks.

Hi all

I reformulate my question

I have an application that run on a VM ported under a special OS this application dont respond after laps of time I think that is a problem with the GC witch doesn't unload classes.
And so my program generate an Out of Memory error and in some case it dont respond

I just want to know if some of you have some idea about this !!!
and if it's possible if some one know some CVM option to trace the GC work

thanks
