Im being developing my midlet for couple of weeks. Now when finally got a new phone (SE P900). But Im not able to install my favorite MIDlet. It complains on "Invalid Manifestfile". It dosent help that Im trying to install with the SyncStations.

Here is my jad:

MIDlet-1: ResultFetcher, , RFMIDlet
MIDlet-Default-URL: http://vvv.default.url
MIDlet-Jar-Size: 8152
MIDlet-Jar-URL: ResultFetcher.jar
MIDlet-Name: ResultFetcher
MIDlet-Vendor: Sun Microsystems
MIDlet-Version: 1.0

"MIDlet-Jar-URL" value is the correct url http://www.mywebserver.com/midlets

Would be nice if someone could help me with this.

No thta this is the final answer but where are your:

MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.1
MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0

or 1.0 for CLDC and 1.0 for MIDP

attributes

in your JAD or Manifest file?

Can you erase that MIDlet-Default-URL attribute? Also, can you make the version 1.0.0? At last, make sure that the JAD file is encoded in UTF-8.

OK, also make sure that the overlapping attributes in the manifest and JAD files exactly match each other.

Also, the MicroEdition attributes Mark mentioned need to appear in both the manifest and JAD files

Yeah! "I" solved it... The deal is you have to change values in ktoolbar GUI. Do not enter new values with your texteditor. Beacause in my case it didnt help how many times i change the manifest, i wasnt able to change the manifest inside the jar. At least according the guys @ developer.sonyericsson.com

Thanks for your time!
