I have found next issue:
I would like activate my midlet from background and paused state. I have tried to use Timer (and call mymidlet.resumeRequest() in it), but midlet still stay in bakground mode (it have no focus).
I would like to use threads, not javax.microedition.io.PushRegistry
.
Is it possible or not? Please, advice.

If you are using a Nokia phone, the "paused" state is not implemented but you can put the app to background. You can not use a "requestResume()" to bring the app to the front. You can, however, call "Display.setyCurrent()" with a new screen to bring it back.

Thanks against. I'll try it in some hours.
