How are you distributing your application? If it can be downloaded from the web, just add an "accept license" screen and appropriate copyright statements before letting people access the JAD file. The license then prevents anyone from legally modifying or extending your work (if that's what you've written into the license) and the copyright stuff on your website declares that you own the copyright for your application.Originally posted by Maulin Vasavada:
