i'm programming a MIDlet for capturing sound from the device's microphone. When I use the

J2ME Wireless Toolkit 2.0_01

the command

Player player = Manager.createPlayer("capture://audio?rate=8000&bits=8&Channels=1");

works correctly. But when i change to the latest version

J2ME Wireless Toolkit 2.1

i get the error "Cannot create Data Source for...". Does anybody has an idea what is and how to fix the problem ? I have to use the latest WTK because i need the floating point arithmetic which is not supported in the 2.0 version.

Thanks in advance for any help
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
