Hi there!
First of all i am not a guru .JSP/ Servlet are part of the j2ee architecture and you cannot fit that in your PocketPC. PDAs belongs to the world of j2me(small devices). If you want to access a JSP page/ Servlets from your pocketPC you need to connect to a server via Bluetooth, WI-FI net or other means of connectivity.

Remember JSP is server-side, a Pocket PC is always a client.

On a different note, doesn't the Pocket PC have an IE browser. So then your application would be a web site that the Pocket PC visits, just like if they were visiting Ebay or some other website. If you made it a web site, then using the IE browser on the Pocket PC would be the client and would run on the Pocket PC.

I would not agree with that. That is true for cell phones, but on PDAs it is possible to run full version of java. It is even possible to run regular Swing applications the same as on PC (example: http://www.bioera.net/gallery/pda/binaural_design.jpg). I am not sure if that is available on WinCE (the example is on pda linux), but technically it is possible.
