sending data to web server from PDA

My requirment is accessing my web application from PDA and storing data in database or in case if there is no internet storing data in PDA(native application)and later transfer it to database.

Thats a pretty broad requirement. Not sure what your question is here though? Are you asking us to write it for you? I hope not.

What type of PDA is it using Java or is it a Pocket PC?

What types of databases are you talking about? Oracle, MySQL, Access, etc.
