Hi all,

I wanted to experiment with J2ME on PDA. Which PDA should I buy?

Also, I wish that PDA has Bluetooth and Wireless support 'coz I want to try following things,
1. Print from PDA
2. Web access from PDA (just like Phones where I can download JAD file directly from net)

Regards,
Maulin

PDAs are not the best devices for J2ME development.

1. PocketPC Phone edition would meet your requirements. But J2ME is not as good as the .Net CF on those devices.

2. Sony Ericsson's P910 would also be a fine PDA/phone combo with pen-based UI and good Java support.

3. Nokia Communicator 9500 has a full keyboard and very large screen (no touch screen though). It comes with J2ME built-in as well.

I have a Palm Tungsten T3, but i did not buy it for purpose. I actually got the phone in exchange for a program . It works fine with J2ME. I used the VM from IBM. The device has a built-in bluetooth, if you want more info try this.
