I am looking for a simulator of Palm OS to test my code, which has already worked on Pocket PC. can you tell what JVM is for Palm OS? By the way, my code is mainly based on Personal Java and RMI.

The IBM WebSphere Micro Edition used to support PersonalJava (or a large subset of it) on Palm. But I do not know whether it is still supported -- PersonalJava has been discontinued for years now.
