MIDlet Email - multimedia attachments

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Hi everyone,

i'm developing a MIDlet that sends emails. Untill now it was able only to send text. Is it possible to send multimedia data such as images and sound?

Thanks!!

Yes, you have to write your own Base64 encoder to encode the binary multimedia files into MIME attachments.

Where can i find the base64 decoder? I mean is it in the form of a separate library or is already included in MIDP?

Thanks !!

Well...that one is a DE-coder and i need EN-coder. As soon as i understand the decoder is used at the receiver's side.
