I have a cell phone which can take photo. How can I use java coding to load that photo file and send it to remote site, say, email server ?

It depends on which phone and which carrier you are using. There is no standard way to accomplish what you are asking.

Most camera phones come with native applications for e-mailing photos. Why do you want to pass the picture through a Java program?
