java.io.exception with SonyEricsson T630

Hi everybody

I've the following problem, i've a simple midlet(midp1.0) that make
a connect to a servlet, and a response come back to the phone.
This midlet works fine with a Nokia 6600, but it doesn't work
with a SonyEricsson T630... with T630 i become back a java.io.exception

Anybody can help me??
