Hi moderators...
I have some suggestions for your Journal, OK ?
the friki project was very useful and I want to suggest other projects...
1. A project like the SCJD (implementing the server, using the RMI and sockets
and JDBC..... together)
2. a project representing a forum web site (like JavaRanch) !!
3. Create a working web services (of course, note real one, but functinal).
all the projects of course are functional (but note real world projects)
(not toy code).
These projects can serve as prototypes for the real working projects.

I'm glad you enjoyed my Friki articles - there are still more to come in that series. I like the idea of doing other projects in a similar level of detail too. Thanks for the suggestion.
