Can any body mail me the simplest program of J2ME so I can imagine the power of J2ME .

My simple J2ME program uses no variables. It's basically your three statements crunched on to one line.

import javax.microedition.midlet.*;
import javax.microedition.lcdui.*;
public class Hello extends MIDlet
{
   public Hello() {}
   public void pauseApp() {}
   public void destroyApp(boolean ignore) {}
   public void startApp()
   {
      Display.getDisplay(this).setCurrent(new TextBox("Hello", "The End", 9, 0));
   }
}
