hello,

I found that many newly released mobile phones still not support CLDC1.1, like Nokia 66XX. So can I use floating point with a MIDP 2.0 phone that only support CLDC1.0??

Regards,
Wayne

Yes, you can. I found this class some time ago: http://henson.newmail.ru/j2me/Float.htm. I didn't test it myself, but I am planing to do so shortly. It has modest requirements for use, but check the license to see if it fits you.
