is`t possible to use wap brower to send ringtones or picture from the phone to the webserver?

Which device/carrier are you asking about?

Generally speaking, phones download ringtones from servers and there is rarely a mechanism for phones to then upload those ringtones to another server.

Even if some phones allow this it probably wouldn't be through a J2ME application.

I wish to apply this to WAP phone. For an example, i can upload an attachment in my email via WAP page.

You said it probably wouldn't be through J2ME then is it using WML or XML?

Can you specify the phones model that do support photo uploading?

OK, for example, you could use a Pocket PC phone like the Hitachi G1000 (defunct?).

That phone will have Pocket Internet Explorer. You could probably upload any file from the device using a web upload form.
