What would be a good source for a j2me quick start book. i.e.: steps to getting to a "hello world" from sample code to uploading and running?

I highly recommend Wireless Java: Developing with J2ME
from Apress by Jonathan Knudsen. This is the book that I learned J2ME. Within two days of starting to read this book
I was programming.
