Sprite TiledLayer collision in MIDP2  RSS feed

Hi!

There is a collidesWith method in the Sprite class to test a collision with any tile in the TiledLayer object. I'm looking for an easy way to test the collision of the Sprite with a concrete layer in the TiledLayer.
Example: I want my sprite to collide with layer number 3, but not with the number 1 and 2.

I don't think there is any in built support of this kind of collision detection in MIDP 2.0 , if u want to do this u have to write your own logic, on my point of view simply coordinate matching code will be help u
hope you will be benefitted.
