i am trying to install on this flat phone and its driving me nuts.
it doesn't accept midlet via bluetooth..........tried with the cable and my midway application is not seeing it.
comlaining that its port is different.
infact, the midway doc talks about selecting a menu on the phone "JAVA aPP LOADER" which s not on the phone menu under the java settings menu.
i was shocked.........because it was in the phones manual.
so where di it go??

guys and ladies kindly help.
thanks

How about deploying the midlet on some server and downloading it (Till you find a way to transfer it over IR/Bluetooth).

You can visit www.motocoder.com. There, Motorola explains that you need to: register for their developer program, and then send your phone to them so that the necessary "app loader" can be installed for you.

I guess they don't want phone owners to be able to load software into their own phones via any avenues other than the carrier-controlled wireless network! Yeah this is pretty annoying, eh?

My two cents,
