Is there somewhere such a thing? I tried to google but so far no luck.
I mean like this: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/index.html

but for j2me ?

It comes with the Wireless Toolkit. So when you donwload the toolkit and unzip it, it has the docs direcotry that has the Javadocs you are looking for.
