Hello all,
I want to traverse a xml file on a mobile device. So I am not sure whether I can store a xml file as a resource file and read it in the MIDlet? if it is not possible can I make the entire content of the xml file in to a String and store it in a RecordStore. If I do this, is it possible to traverse the xml content generated by a String using kXML etc? at the same time I some times want to modify certain values in the xml. I would really appreciate if the experts can advice me on this. Please be kind enough to suggest a solution.
Thanks in advance..

Why not just store the information that is stored in the XML into the RecordStore.

For some reason, you think you have to have this XML file. But in my mind you are just going to slow down the application, when there are other, maybe, better solutions.

I think we need to know why you must have XML and what purpose that XML file will have.
