In servlets , the HTTPServletRequest and HTTPServletResponse interface methods are handled by the container and not by the programmer.
Similarly in J2ME networking ,who provides the GCF interfaces methods.

if we execute HTTPConnection application we use server(Tomcat).who provides implementation for interface methods here. is it the server itself?

if so who provides the implementation for interface methods for sockets, because we dont use any server there.

In the Connection Framework, the interface is defined, but it is the responsibility of the device manufacturer to actually implement it for you to use it. If they don't implement them, it is one of those things that will make it so that they can't calim that their device is a J2ME Java enabled device.
