Hi there,
I wonder if you guys can advise me.
What is the cheapest phone that people have come across that supports image capture through MMAPI ?

I am not sure of the actual pricing but really old Nokia phones like 3650 and 6600 also supported taking pictures. Others you might consider are Sony Ericssion k700i.

Old phones should be cheaper

Thanks Punit,
When you say these phones support taking pictures do you mean via the MMAPI using J2ME as this is what is of interest to me. I don't just want a phone that has a camera. It must be accessible via a MIDlet.

Paul.

Check the API compatibility list at the J2ME polish site

Sorry for the late response. The devices I had mentioned do support access to camera through Java.

Another good site to get specs:Taste Phone.
