I am looking for a tool kit for mobile application development, commerical one , but it must be very powerfull toolkit, so if you know any, could please direct me to its webiste for more information

Powerful or not is really in the eye of the beholder - you can use a free one and find it powerful if you use it properly.

For Java ME development, I'd suggest the WTK from Sun, NetBeans or Eclipse, really. (I mean, I do it in IntelliJ in the office, but...)
