SIP Problem Urgent

Hi,
Iam implementing a SIP INVITE message in which iam required to set the request uri. For this purpose we have the setRequestURI function available in JSR-180 but the page at this link

says that the method setRequestURI
"The S60 implementation does not support this operation".
I cannot do my program without this method can anybody please tell me how to overcome this.
If any body had similar problems please share with me.
Does any other phone other than S60 support SIP.
Please help me as iam stuck at a very crucial point in my project.
The project is about Implementating Push to Talk over Cellular (PoC) client.

I am also working on Same Thing , I have downlodaded WTK 2.5 for Sip Application , But i have stuck in how execute runApplication and work with
server.
