Java Coding Standards..

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Hi mates,

I am really new to the world of mobile programming....

I need some expert advice on the area of coding practices...

The following are a few i came across

1)Usage of the Midlet Constructors-- when do we use it
2)Defining methods and calling like in Java SE, EE
3)Usage of Constants and variables as opposed to local variables
4)Usage of different classes to keep the concerns separate -like a separate classes for Record Filter, Record Comparator...

This will be helpful for me to adapt myself to mobil..

There is a specific book that may help you:

"MIDP 2.0 Style Guide"
