Reading messages from the mobile inbox

Hi,
I want to do an J2ME application to read the messages(SMS) in the mobile inbox.
Is it possible to read the message in the inbox and display the contents?
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Hi,
Tapping in to the default in box of the mobile phone will not be possible. Some Java ME implementations might allow you to do this, but I am not 100% sure, even if it does, the application would not properly work on a different model/phone. Hope this helps..
