Hi everybody,

I am trying to import an existing certificate of Thawte from j2se application to my midlet. In the cmd command line, I used the jarsigner to sign and verify my midlet. My midlet was signed successfully and it said the certificate will expire after 6 months. However, when I run my midlet from SE tool kit to connect to local server using secure socket, it threw an error: Network error javax.microedition.pki.CertificateException: Certificate is expired socket://127.0.0.1:4443.

I also tried to use SE toolkit to import the certificate but the toolkit said that the certificate file is too big. It could be because my certificate file contains multiple certificates, so how can I import them ?

Could you please help me with these problems. Thank you very much.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
