How to display characters that are not supported by cell phones like delta, gamma, beta, Xi etc..,

One option is using png images, is their any other way to do the same?

In theory, I believe most phones support Unicode, so you might just need to ensure you're using a font that has characters for the letters you're wanting to use, ensure the device supports Unicode, and then construct it manually.

This article has an example of a test you could easily run to make sure that you can do it.
