How to handle file attachments in blackberry

I am developing J2EE web application that is accessed thru blackberry device. Will file attachment works using <input type="file" name="upload"> and apache's DiskFileUpload. Its already developed in web apps for IE. Is it possible to upload file in disk by J2EE server using blackberry?
