Hi.
Google Android as I understood it is a set of tools/API/runtime to write mobile applications.
Does an Android application run on any mobile device available today or specific devices are required (since Android includes a Linux kernel)?
Thanks.

I downloaded the Android SDK and read some of the documentation, is incorporates the Java API ( targeting the Micro-Edition API ) but does not limit the work to a strict compliance as a Java-only api.

Hi,

For an Adroid application to run, it needs to be deployed on an Android stack implementation.
