I have many projects with RMS.So what happens is when one application is tested it shows in output(i.e. when i do system.out for RecordStores)
<RecordStoreNameOfOldApplication>0
<RecordStoreNameOfOldApplication>1
<RecordStoreNameOfOldApplication>2
.
.
.
<RecordStoreNameOfOldApplication>985
this goes on..
but actually i don't have these many record stores in my application.i have only three to four record stores.

can anyone throw some light on this problem.

Record Store looks like a good, fundmentally robust design so it sounds to me like it is in the app -> Is the app proporietary and do you have perm to view the source for the app? Given that you are familiar with the api, this sounds to me the obvious route of first effort.
