I am trying to compile from the command line, and I do not know where to set the bootclasspath to

javac -g:none -d tmpclasses -bootclasspath: c:\... -classpath tmpclasses;classes HelloWorld.java

Do you know how I can find the midp api used for the motodev studio tools?
