Well only free in the sense that it was bundled in with the $USD2,00 price I paid (real own personal money) for the Sun training course, which taught me about Java but not a lot about what to expect on the exam. But that was September 1998 and things were all a bit new then.
If you are in doubt about passing, delay. You can get a very good idea of your chances via both free and paid for mocks. It is zero fun if you do not pass. If you get the exact pass mark it might be a slight dissapointment but not passing at all is just glum, glum, dull, dull.
