Hi friends,
The last date of my coupen is 31st of october, and i m going to give this exam on 30th. Problem is, i still getting around 65% marks in jqplus and around 70% in jwhiz. That's why i m so tensed. I m trying to prepare anyway but i think i have lack of confidence. Can somebody plz tell me what's the average passing score of those who got nearly same scores as mine.
thanx

Don't worry too much.
Just study as much as you can. Spend your time with jqplus and try to understand each question.
Well, what's the big deal even if you fail?!!
Just work hard and relax.
Good luck.
You will pass.

If you are not really ready to take the exam, you should be able to phone Sun and get a new voucher. They did it for me.

Many feel like they will never be ready. Do you understand why you get certain answers wrong? Are you missing them because you are rushing and missing little things. Or do not understand certain areas? You really need to be at a point where missed answers are known why you missed them. If you do decide to take it, make sure you read the whole question and all answers.
When I took it I felt I wasn't ready. I forced myself to get the voucher. Still procrastinated and dragged my feet. Then just set a date. I think it was more anxiety from not having taken a test in years than from the actual material. A few days before the test I took an entire day off away from studying to just relax.

Well only free in the sense that it was bundled in with the $USD2,00 price I paid (real own personal money) for the Sun training course, which taught me about Java but not a lot about what to expect on the exam. But that was September 1998 and things were all a bit new then.
If you are in doubt about passing, delay. You can get a very good idea of your chances via both free and paid for mocks. It is zero fun if you do not pass. If you get the exact pass mark it might be a slight dissapointment but not passing at all is just glum, glum, dull, dull.
