I'm writing a JSP application and have a method in a Java bean (the "regular" kind for use in a JSP page, where you are limited to useBean, getProperty and setProperty) that I've labeled as synchronized. I'm wondering if that makes sense, given that each session will have its own instance of the bean. If I really need a synchronized method, should I put it in a servlet, where each session starts a new thread when calling the servlet?
Thanks
