Thread Pool implementation

Hello there! I need a good thread pool implementation. I saw one, back ago on informit. Does anyone knows a good choice? All i need is a pool of worker threads, each thread after finished it's job is recycled to the pool and re-assigned to another job.

JDK 5 has a nice one; start with Executors and BlockingQueue in the doc. For older JDK's look for Doug Lea's concurrency package, which was the foundation for the one in the Java 5, or a beautifully simple one in the Apache Commons.

Here's how easy the Java 5 stuff is to use:
