Can we have synchronized class and variable ?

No, there's no such thing as a synchronised class. If by "variable", you mean a local variable within a Java method, then there's no such thing as a synchronised one of those, either.

By the way, your screen name: it's fairly obviously not a real first name and last name. You may like to change it now, before one of the sheriffs kicks you about it.
