Can anybody tell me what will happen if i set thepriority of a thread more than 10?

PS. i think the priority of that thread will be equal to max_priorty of that threadgroup.

But if i set priority of a threadgroup more than 10, what will happen?

Thanks in advance

This is the implementation (in Java 6). I think it answers your question.

Note that setPriority0() is the native method that really sets the priority.
