hi...i need help in making a database for a forum...what tables will i require and what fields to put in...Can i plz see the Schema or Databse or ERD of the database of this FORUM (JAVARANCH)...or anyone can tell me some basic tables and their fields that are required in a Database of a forum.

Javaranch doesn't currently use a database. You can take a look at mvnForum. It is an open source J2EE based Forum package so you can see the schema that it produces.
