In my application there is a scheduler in that i we can set the particular time to do some work like sending mail(ex. i will login to my application at 9.00am and set the time for around 9.30pm). I have written a java class to send the mail by getting the time from the database and check for the time which i have scheduled. But right now in my application it is working only when i am logged in. I want to run my java file if the application is logged of also, based upon the system time and database time check i.e i want to run the java file automatic both in windows and linux operating system.
